Coaching is short-term and focuses on taking action in your life to accomplish a goal or to make a personal change. Often times the obstacles we see as impassible can be worked through or overcome. Through coaching, you'll recognize the unhealthy behavior or thought patterns that are keeping you from reaching your goals and take steps to overcome them. My role as your coach is to help you identify a vision for your life, create a plan of action, and hold you accountable for the steps that we agree upon. Coaching is a collaborative process so we'll work together to help you achieve the life that you want.
I believe that it's possible to live a fulfilling life if we are purposeful in our actions and we believe it's possible. As a wellness coach, I work with individuals who are struggling or feeling stuck in their careers, relationships, with their finances, or who are struggling emotionally or spiritually. These are all things that can impact our overall well-being and our quality of life. I also help individuals who are struggling with productivity at school or work, who are struggling with a lack of motivation, and who want to step into entrepreneurship.
What's your vision for your life and how can we help you get there?
Sessions are held virtually either by video or phone. During the first session, we'll learn more about each other and the coaching process. We'll spend time identifying a vision for your life, establishing goals, and creating an action plan. This normally takes up to an hour. After the initial session, we'll have weekly 30 minute check-ins to discuss progress and explore barriers. We'll explore the self-limiting beliefs or fears that may be preventing you from making progress and implement strategies to work through them so you can accomplish your goal.
